Update: Over three months down the line, 20lbs down, a challenge completed and training started for a half marathon in June. It's been a bit of a bumpy ride and a little slower than I would have liked but overall I am happy with my achievements! Pushing on! I have been a member of Sparkpeople.com since Feb 2008...I have reached goal, piled it back on almost as soon as I lost and then had my beautiful new daughter, Eirlys. Eirlys is 3 next week and after a very difficult couple of years, I am the biggest I have been. This in turn makes me miserable and is a symptom of how my life seems to have spiralled out of control. But now it's time to fight back! To take back some control and feel better about myself again! So what better time to start afresh, than the beginning of a new year.
