HI My friend !! Are you ALL GEARED UP For the challenge??? I am !11 It's kinda an unasure thing not knowing whats happening. I DID Hit my 5% in both the WINTAH and SPRING Challenges,,, so yeah I DO WANT TO !! I'll bring me down to between 206 and 208. Than HIT ONEDERLAND during the FALL Challenge !! And I WANT to be between 196 to 187. I'll reevaluate for 2017 and the amount to lose.
I had GAINED A LOT last yr during the Summer/Fall challenges when down flat with my foot. I DO NOT WANT this to happen again.
Do you ur plan all set up? How are you staying active? What is ur goal for this challenge?
I DO plan on being able to do some limited walking,, and also using my knee walker. At night time I LOVE using my knee walker in the hallway (There are 16 apts on my floor). It has a basket so I put my kindle into it and read as I go. I simply LOVE reading !!!
