My Winter 5% Commitment:

✤My Food Plan:
Whole food, limited processed food, minimal sugar while staying within my calorie and nutrient ranges.

✤My Workout Plan:
~ ST - Using free weights and/or body weight exercises. Whole body workout 3 time/wk.

~Cardio - 30+/day (treadmill, LS dvd, walking in the neighborhood or hiking)

~Flexibility - Yoga or Qigong - 20+/ day

The ground hog said only 6 weeks of winter left. Hmmm we have BARELY had it!! Today it snowed out. We got 8.8". Our temperatures have been much higher than in the past. So far looks like this will be the warmest winter on record.

We have a member who hasHashimoto's syndrome. If I recall you do also?? Her name is Newstartgiryl. I hope I typed that correctly. Strange I can't see well tonight. If I didn't know better I'd say I don't have in my contacts. Hmmm Lolol maybe I DON'T!!! Lololol!!

How is this winter treating you?? How is ur health?? Today I was surprised to see my regular foot Dr, but with the snow I didn't. One of my friends who lives in this city,,, on the opposite side,,,takes her only 30 minutes to get here,,,REFUSES to drive if they even mention snow!!! The appointment is now on Monday afternoon. In the morning I have an appointment with the infectious disease place so they can put in a picc line again. Hopefully this will cure the infection. The Dr's at the Wound Clinic think it never went away.
