**My Food Plan: Continue to eat "clean" and explore an elimination diet while staying within my calorie and nutrient ranges.
**My Workout Plan: ~Visit the gym 3 -4 times/wk ~ST - Using free weights and machines at the gym. Whole body workout 3-4 time/wk. ~Cardio - 30+minutes/day (treadmill, elliptical, LS dvd, walking in the neighborhood or hiking) ~Flexibility - yoga 20+ minutes/ day
