I need to change.

The title says it all, I need to change my lifestyle before it ends up killing me.

Monday 10th August 2009 - I've been thinking a lot about goals so here are my weight loss goals.
Ultimate goal Is to get down to 140lb so I split it up with the 10% rule, there is no set dates for each of these goals I'm just giving myself 2 years to get there.

My Goals:
My Ultimate goal is to have a healthier lifestyle and lose 150 lbs. My Mini goals are to lose 10% body weight which is 30 lb and to get 10 minutes of exercise in a day.

My Program:
Keep a track of what I'm eating using the nutrition tracker. Drink minimum 8 cups of water a day. Reach a minimum of 7500 steps on pedometer daily. Get 10 minutes of exercise in per day, time increasing as I get comfortable with it.

Personal Information:
I live in Coventry, UK. I'm 35 and have 3 kids.

Other Information:
Love Stephen King and Patricia Cornwell books. Love the Hannibal Lector films and any Adam Sandler film.

Sorry its been so long since I last visited, but wanted to wish you a lovely May and hope life is treating you kindly. Although I notice you had a fall in the garden recently, all well now?

My muscles are certainly toning with the zumba but the weight loss is a bit slow. Wanting more results......... seriously considering a starvation diet!!!

Need to reconsider my workload again, find it hard to say no to clients but need more time for me............ so we'll see what the next couple of months bring. How is your workload?
