When I was in high School I lost a lot of weight then I graduated and gained it alllll back and then some.

My husband ( boyfriend/Fiance' at the time } over a year ago we got into this "health kick" I guess you could say and we started going to the gym and eating right and we felt so good we went to the gym every day. We started seeing some amazing results, I started seeing some muscles that I had never seen before, I never though I could do half the stuff I was doing at the gym but I felt amazing,

We got married almost a year ago and we were looking GOOD well I thought we were :}:} .. after we got married we just stopped going to the gym and I started cooking more and more and well I gained a lot of weight or I feel like I have,

When we got married I weighed around 105 and I am very short so it was perfect I was so HAPPY I felt great in my own skin for the first time in my life I felt amazing in my own skin!! . I want to get back to that!!

when I put my weight in this thing it says I should maintain but I don't want to I want to get back to my wedding weight! so that's what I am going to work towards and I really hope that we can all help each other! :}

Looks like we have the same goals! I also want to get fit!! If I could just get the motivation to work out more times a week. I have the eating healthy thing down pat :). Anywho...I have added you as a sparkfriend! By the way...beautiful wedding pictures. Pure elegance emoticon

I love beachbody workouts, Bob Harper, Jillian Michaels and The Firm workouts. I was doing SLim Series up to last week with Debbie Siebers but the workouts are so long. I am thinking about starting TurboJam or Brazil Butt Lift tomorrow.
