My goal is to become healthier. After years of abusing myself with not eating right and smoking. I finally quit smoking five years ago, now I have to take the time and get in shape. My cholesterol levels are also border line and was given a gift by my doctor by not being put on medication. My physical is not due into December which gives my plenty of time to take the weight off and make some changes in my eating habits.
To take the time and plan my meals, and to also track the food that I eat. I have also joined the YMCA and want to take classes and make excercise a part of everyday life.
I am married and have three almost grown children and a beagle. I like simple things in life. Camping, hiking, sitting around a campfire in the summer, reading books. One of my favorite places to spend time is the library wondering around looking at the differnt books.
