Thanks so much for your comment on my blog. So often what we think about ourselves in various areas of our life affects how we are able to take care of ourselves. When we focus on negative things, it's hard to think we are strong enough or worthy enough or whatever to be able to take good care of our own health (mentally, physically, emotionally). If we sometimes take time to focus on what we are doing right, even if its just a couple of things we can think of, it helps us to be more positive. I know you can do this. Doing things for others helps us to get out of ourselves, but we also have to balance that with taking care of ourselves. If we don't take care of ourselves we don't have enough to go around to others who depend on us. They are both so intertwined. I hope you have an awesome day today!
