I must try harder

I keep falling off the wagon, but I refuse to give up. Over the last 5 or 6 years I've managed to lose and keep off about 20 pounds. A shame that I also lost a lot more which I regained

get into jeans I've not worn since teens - (30 years ago!!!!!). If I can't get into them when i'm at my target weight/waist size then I will throw them away.

My Program:
I'll just keep trying. !!!!

To try to stick within my calorie range MORE OFTEN and do some cardio at least a few times a week to burn a few more calories.

Weight loss aim - to lose 1 to 1.5 pounds a week - needs an average daily calorie defecit of 500-750 (or 3500- 5250 a week)

I NEED TO BE MORE DISCIPLINED!!!!!. less junk and alcohol.

Will track everyday. !!!!!

Just stopping by to say Hi. I hope you and your Emerald team do well for week 4 of the BL challenge. This is the first time I've done one of these challenges. It has helped me to finally get off that plateau I've been on for so long and to start losing weight again.
