It's time to stop messing about with the weight loss journey.

I keep falling off the wagon, but I refuse to give up. Over the last 10 years or so I've managed to lose and keep off about 10 pounds. A shame that I also lost a lot more - probably a hundred pounds at least between yo-yo bounces, which I regained.

I eat and drink too much and I need to stop that. I also need to work on quality - more nutrients, less junk. Today is a new day, fresh start. I have to do this! I can do this! I will do this!

My Program:
I'll just keep trying. !!!!

I'm going to try and shift towards more natural and less processed foods. and better quality.. free range meat rather than factory farmed meat.

To stick within my calorie range MORE OFTEN and do some cardio at least a few times a week to burn a few more calories.

Weight loss aim - to lose 1 to 1.5 pounds a week

I NEED TO BE MORE DISCIPLINED!!!!!. update: I am not being very successful at this. I really need to figure out how to stick to my plan. I lose weight when I'm sticking to it, so it works. I need to discover if something triggers me to come off it, and if so, find a coping strategy, or if I just need to fight harder to stick with it.

Will track everyday. !!!!!

My goodness, I just read your page and could have written it myself. I do better with the eating healthy part than the exercising. So my journey is slow, but I will not give up. You can, I can, We can do this! We are doing this!

Just stopping by your Spark Page to show some emoticon and to offer positive support. While on your weight loss journey, never give up. Believe in yourself and choose to shine despite how you may feel at that very moment. You may not be there yet, but you are closer than you was yesterday! Have a blessed and productive weekend!

Despite what is going on in your life right now, always remember to BELIEVE IN YOURSELF and YOUR GOALS. You make the choice to start over again, to push yourself just a little farther and to shine in the midst of the darkness.

Stay encouraged and remember that every accomplishment starts with a decision to try. Life is a journey. I may not be there yet, but I'm closer than I was yesterday.
