I am a busy doctoral student, full time adminstrator at a college, and artist. I have discovered that as I devote more time to my studies and career, the more sedentary I have become. I do not want to sacrifice one for the other and I am ready to find balance in my life.

My Program:
Using Spark Coach and tracking all calories (1,100-1,300 daily) and at least 10 min of exercise a day.

Shooting for 2 miles a day with dog.

Riding Flash to work one day a week.

No sugar for the month of October!! (Done!!)

I continue to eat low/no sugar foods!

Personal Information:
I am Associate DIrector of Student Services and doctoral student. I recently relocated back to Southern California where 72 and sunny is the forecast most days!

Jean-Luc says thank you! He got to lick some fish juice that I poured in the sink after opening an individual serving size fillet, so he was a pretty happy camper!
