My goals are 1) to lose 78 kg, 2) to eat healthier, 3) to start an exercise program, 4) to have a cleaner house, 5) to finish all my cross stitch projects.
I have broken my weight loss large goal into smaller goals of 5 kg each.
For exercise, as I have been completely inactive, I am doing what I can right now. For my Fast break goal, I have walked everyday successfully and I'mcontinuing to do this decreasing time and increasing distance.

Jackie - I am Italian and been to Italy. My grandmother is from Province Abuzzi. My dad's side is from Catania and mother's side is Northern Italy. I loved it there and I know how much you must love it too. Why did you go there? How long will you be there?
