My Goals:
Already lost the weight. 75pds. Never going to regain Now working on building strength and firming up.
My Program:
Maintaining my weight. Slowly using weights and other videos to firm up. Never eating junkfood . Always eat breakfast. Must eat, healthy, that is. Eat to lose! Use my elliptical , stationary bike, for 60 min a day. I vary my routines, don't want to get bored!
Other Information:
I love my garden especially flowers, riding my bike , long walks. Started hiking again after many years. Love taking pictures, trying to get better at this. Try to get good pictures of birds, very hard. I love being outside.
