College Student Trying to Run Through This Thing Called Life..

Goals:

- Get down to race weight (125 lbs) BEFORE February 19th

- Run the Austin Marathon

- Run a 6:30 mile

- Run every race distance in 2012 (5K, 10K, half, full)

- Bike once a week in 2012

- Gradually get rid of meat (eat it 4 days/week, 3, 2, 1, etc.) till only eating dairy and fish

- Eat a vegetable every day
