Under 20 stone! Yipee!!! A good week, I was properly tired. Ate mostly within the calories bar Sat night ...

28th Jan - 279 : 2.5 : 12
Under 20 stone! Yipee!!! A good week, I was properly tired. Ate mostly within the calories bar Sat night where I binged on cheese and biscuits after visiting friends... It happens. Re activated my gym membership, went swimming twice and have a gym induction today. Do not feel any different bar food tasting nice. Body fat % is rather high.Still constipated, and TOM began today.

21st Jan - 281.5 : 1.5 : 9.5
Getting better with the logging and tracking. Water jug is 2 litres, so interim goal is to drink one of those a day, plus decaf tea and green/herbal tea. Am considering pulling out the yoga DVD's. Dog walks are good, now I have my yellow ankle wellies and 'proper' coat, though I have the usual blisters.... The IBS is flaring up and so the inevitable constipation.... Need to start working on the re introduction properly as per the FOD MAP advice leaflets from the dietitian. Food is becoming very tasty and I am enjoying cooking and eating(!) it. I am using so little now..... Almost lost 10lbs...! Almost under 20 stone....!

- Sometimes you just have to pull up your big girl panties and do it, whether you want to or not.

19th Jan - 283 : 3.5 : 8
Meh! Not good at updating this regularly. Will come in time but I DID lose 8 lbs in total and weighed myself on Mon (14/1). This week, have realised I prob eat too much butter and spelt bread as well as still trying to manage the fat intake. Still, slowly does.

- Be on a mission that doesn't suck.

11th Jan 2013 : 286.5 : 4.5 : 4.5
Set up this page a few days ago as way of tracking my thoughts and achievements.

1) I ate too much fat - saw this in the first few days with the nutrition tracker.
2) Need to up fibre and so began monitoring that.
3) Only I put food in my mouth, only I move (or not). This is ALL within MY control.
4) By accident (ran out of 'proper' coffee and started to use the decaf I bought for a friend) I have given up caffeine - and so the headaches are a pain - Still tis not a bad thing.

1st Jan 2013 : 291 : BMI : 44.26 (Severe/Morbid obesity!!!) Not as a new year resolution, but more as a now is the time to DO something. And so, here I am, tracking online and recording many things. Time will tell in all matters.

- Now it begins.
