My fall goal is 5% which is 10 lbs.

Hi my name is Jackie, I am a wife and mother. One of my children has severe Autism. It is very hard to get time for myself. I want to be around along time for my children. 1998 I was 130 lbs. Where has the time gone? I know where I started going wrong (I was 12 weeks pregnant and missed carried) but I did nothing change it. I am changing it NOW!!!! There is no going back.

    Hon can u please update your page when u get a moment? How did your S do through this vacation etc with his routine broken even a tiny bit?

    I'm excited to run to my 5%!! Happily I made it during the Fall , but I gained some back on break. Stress, an upcoming survey,,,yeah. Now I DO Not need food to help me thru it.

    Are you interested in a Challenge?

    The Biggest Loser goes for 10 weeks. It consists of 10 teams participating in weekly Fitness and Nutrition challenges. The Winter challenge will be getting started the beginning of December. It consists of fitness and nutrition challenges that are often in a form of a game. If for some reason you cannot do a challenge then they are modified to meat your needs. Often we do the challenge in a game form, we have BINGO and TIC TAC TOE or seasonally themed. For Fall we had a World Series and a Haunted House.
