Hi my name is Jacque.
I started SparkPeople April 5, 2010. During my time with Spark I have learned alot about myself and how to be healthy. Although the weight hasn't moved as much as I would like I am still happy. I have gone down two sizes during this time. I have learned how to maintain my weight during busy and stressful times in my life. The past year and a half I have maintained my current weight and have only gone up and down within a 5 pound range. So I am starting over. ...

Resetting all of my counters to zero and taking baby steps to try to get the weight moving again. It is time I reviewed everything I learned when I first began. 2014 is going to bring some changes.
