Hi my name is Jacque.
I started SparkPeople April 5, 2010. During my time with Spark I have learned a lot about myself and how to be healthy. I went down 2 sizes and lost 10 pounds my first year and kept it off for 5 years. I am still down 2 sizes, but have put back on 8 pounds. I had big hopes for 2017, but found I had too many excuses to go far. The last few months I have had a policy of do what I can and not worry about the rest. I have not lost weight, but have lost inches so it is still a victory. I still have long way to go to get to my goal weight/size, but am not quitting. 2018 is going to be even better than 2017. I don't know what the future holds, but I am excited to find out.

Be a size 12 by Spring 2018.
Be a size 10 by August 2018.
Be a size 8 by January 2018

My Program:
Winter 5% Challenge Exercise Commitment
Cardio a minimum of 20 minutes a day 5 days a week
Strength train 3 days a week
Winter 5% Challenge nutrition Commitment
Track all food and drink
Stay within calorie limits

1. Be aware of what I am eating.
2. Drink 8 or more glasses of water a day
3. Exercise daily
4. No excuses - If I mess up own it and get back on track

2nd 10 lbs. - new outfit

3rd 10 lbs. - mani/pedi

4th 10 lbs. - ???

Personal Information:
I am from Lakewood Colorado. I am a Special Education teacher and the mother of 3 (18, 17 and 11). I love to read. I love all genres, but mostly science fiction/fantasy. I love to hike, dance and spend time outside. I would love to find someone to check in with me often and help hold me accountable.
