Hi my name is Jacque.
I started SparkPeople April 5, 2010. During my time with Spark I have learned alot about myself and how to be healthy. Although the weight hasn't moved as much as I would like I am still happy. It may be something big - starting an exercise plan, but usually it will be something small - 5 extra minutes on the tread mill or carrots instead of chocolate. Happy 2015 everyone!
