I use to use this site a lot back when I lost weight before. I've decided to go back to the basics and retrace my steps of what has worked for me in the past since getting to my heaviest weight ever!

Looking to lose about 25-30 lbs and get to a weight where I feel my healthiest.
I had got down to 118 and stayed around there for about 4 years. Over the past 2 years I have been adding the weight back on. It was never too high until this summer. I have been seriously struggling to make any head way. I also turned 30 this year so starting to get worried that might have something to do with it.

I'll try to update my blog on a daily basis, but at least once a week. It really helps me to stay accountable, even if no one is reading it. ;)

Fitness Minutes: 4,313

My Goals:
I want to get back down to between 125-130 lbs.

I want to feel good about myself and my body again.


My Program:
I plan to start drinking 10-14 glasses of water a day.

Reasonable sized portions.

VERY limited sugar 6 days a week.

Saturdays are my free day.

Cardio-20 min a day on Tue, Thur.

Weight training - Mon, Wed, Fri.

Road cycling 20-30 miles on Sun.

7 hours sleep per night.

Blog for accountability.







Personal Information:
I am a homeschooling mama to a second and third grader. My days are spent juggling teaching, cooking, cleaning, working out, and trying not to listen to my food cravings. Lol.

My first goal is 148: once I get there I will feel a little bit better about having made a first step.
Maybe I'll go buy a new workout shirt.

    I don't go to a gym. I live way out in the country. My Zumba class is held in the rec room of a local church. It is a high intensity dance/exercise class based on latin dances. It is a lot of fun and guaranteed to make you sweat!

    If you ever want to try Zumba I have a guest pass you could use! I go Monday nights at 7:30, and occasionally Wed. at 6:30, or Friday mornings at 10:30 :)
