I'm walking every day, come rain or shine. I work out while my daughter is at school and I have bought myself weights, work out clothes and some videos, so I never have an excuse to not work out. It's all at home!

I just read your story. Just a newbie here but so far i walked almost 13 miles in 3 weeks. building up stamina before i can do more . thank you for your story .
