My Journey to Onederland

My name is Zana and I have been on Spark for almost 5 years. Throughout those 5 years, I have yo-yo'd and last summer I thought I finally hit the weight loss jackpot when I lost 32 pounds. I felt I was finally on my way to my goal of onderland. Unfortunately I was wrong and here I am back up to 277 and looking to strike gold again. I will never give up the dream of being healthy.

Live a healthy lifestyle while trying to work on my relationship with food and try to become healthy both on the outsides and on the inside.

Personal Information:
I'm a 27 year old wife and mother. I'm from a tiny town in Northern Wisconsin. I graduated from Northern Michigan University with a bachelors of arts degree in Political Science.
I was the General Manager of a Country Inn & Suites for 3 year and then decided it was time to take on a new adventure and I now am a WIA Youth Case Manager and I help young adults reach their full potential. :)

I love reading, movies, Vegas, pink, shopping, music, lil wayne, my job, my friends and of course my family.

well i totally forgot to do any pushup or squats today but tomorrow i will for sure! I can't start slacking so early in the game :)...'86 is an awesome year to be born in don't u agree? emoticon i was born in December what about u?

Yeah, I was thinking of how long this healthy activity has to go on and realized I have to do more to get healthy than once I get to my goal. Then I only have to maintain. Oh well, I'm not the only one in this boat and there are more who have longer journeys than me.

my arms are nearing spaghetti noodle status but i won't overdo it maybe i'll bring it down to 5 wall push ups when i get there and i've also started doing squats while i'm in there, you know might as well take full advantage emoticon

thanks for adding me! hopefully i stop the runaround and stick to it this time. So far i've incorporated your advise on doing wall pushups every time I take a bathroom break, but i think i'm gonna be exhausted from it this water has got me going every 5 mins! lol emoticon
