My Journey to Onederland

My name is Zana and I have been on Spark for almost 5 years. Throughout those 5 years, I have yo-yo'd and in summer of 2013 I thought I finally hit the weight loss jackpot when I lost 32 pounds. I felt I was finally on my way to my goal of onderland. Unfortunately I was wrong and here I am back up to almost my highest and looking to strike gold again. I will never give up the dream of being healthy.

I also am a proud member of the Dazzling Diamond BLC Team and have been for a year. ...

I also am a proud member of the Dazzling Diamond BLC Team and have been for a year. The team is amazing and I have met some of the most amazing people.

Feel free to add me and follow along in my journey. I'm always looking for new friends!

I haven't been really on Spark much lately. I blogged last week about softball and never checked back and read the comments. I also haven't been on my friends blogs. I am on today and saw your comment from last week about added protection for softball. I'm not sure if there is much I can do but I may check into it. I played yesterday again and didn't get hurt!

Now your blogs. I'm like you and when I run I do a lot of walk/jogging as well. I usually wing it but if you're having pain, doing C25K is your best bet. My runner friends told me when I was having similar pains that I was either increasing my speed or my mileage too fast. Hopefully following the program helps and cuts down on your pain!

As for seeing your reflection at the gym, what I think the most important thing to focus on isn't how big you look but what you were doing when you noticed it. You weren't sitting at home. You all ready were at the gym busting you butt doing something about it. Weightloss is HARD. Anyone who says it isn't, is lying. Many people have multiple Day 1's. The important thing is even if you fall off track, you get back on track. You CAN DO THIS. You have the right out look and it sounds like you have the motivation this time. emoticon
