greetings from germaine!

Hello. I am now 56 years old. I have lost a third of the weight I want to lose. I am excited about this. It has been awhile since I have been down this low. I still have 40 lbs to go. I have five grown children and two adorable grandchildren. I try to keep changing things up to keep the weight coming off. I lost the first 22 lbs in six weeks but I have been an exercise machine! lol. My health isn't the greatest so it is all I can do to keep it up. I am hoping with the weight off I will feel ...

I am hoping with the weight off I will feel better but thus far it hasn't really helped with the physical issues. I do feel great emotionally though and it is nice to be in smaller sizes!

My Program:
I try to burn almost everything I eat. I treadmill 4-5 miles a day. From doing nothing to getting there in a week is pretty amazing. I just eat a little protein and fruit to get by. I know it is not really healthy but I am on the August back on track and I just want to kickstart to get things going.

Personal Information:
I live in a small town in Kansas. All five of my children are moved out and I have two grandchildren. I finally have some decent time to take care of me. That is the goal.

The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second best time is now. –Chinese Proverb

Whatever "tree" you're planting right now, may the roots run deep!
Hope to see you over on The Healthy Lunch Club!!

Thanks for the warm note of encouragement. It made me smile and that was a good thing for today - not that it was a bad day, but just nice to be able to smile! Thanks again! Hope you are doing well also!
