It was great to hear and SEE you again...your little ones are adorable!
With finances being tight and such a large family, it is hard to fix affordable HEALTHY meals but we manage fine and I don't stress about the food. I know I am making better choices than before. We still have pizza once in a while, lol. But I have a lot more salads than I used to. I don't want to gain anything back AND I still have more to lose so I track daily (except yesterday.) I still advocate 5-6 meals a day. It works really well for me so I won't change that. I still aim for protein WITH complex carb at every meal. I ALWAYS drink my water. I have days of too much but more importantly I have more days of just right. AND I have days of A LOT of activity with rare days of nothing.
Try to set a streak. Pick ONE thing that you want to focus on and aim for a week long streak. This is how you create NEW habits!

There you are! I've been worried about you. I checked on your page last week and it didn't look like there was much activity so I was wondering where you were. YOU CAN DO THIS if I can. Seriously.
