the natural foods are something we all need to try to find..I could go on for a long time about all the additives and such..but there is so much on the news and in articles about it. Love the pics of the grands..what cute lil ones they are!! Have a great Sunday!! emoticon

Thanks for stopping by the blog again, Jane! I've finally decided that I'm going to do tracking for 100 days, because when I track, I don't binge, because it's too much work writing everything down! emoticon The blood sugar thing has been magnificent, though - even over the last 36 hours. My body is FEELING so much better!
