Using Lean Habits by Georgie Fear to gain back control of my eating. I also use calorie cycling. I watch portion size. Eat whole foods, cook from scratch and use as little processed foods as possible.

I LOVE the No S Diet ...thanks for asking. It is soooo simple, reasonable, SANE - ha! I can easily see doing it the rest of my life. It works with any food plan/diet one may be on. It is really helping me.
Just came back from walking ... a slow painful one this morning ... but I was at least moving!
Thanks for the goody. I hope George and I figure something out. I think the trick may be to make big portions, something for me one day and something for him another and then we can each eat our own leftovers.
