I am struggling....not as focus as you, but fighting to stay a float. Weight loss was going good until stress and TOM hit, and it jumped up. I actually went a pound under my goal weight. However, every time I reach an all time low, my body fight to resist it before settling in....usually fluctuate a few weeks before it let me have it again. emoticon Still consistent with fitness, 85% of eating clean and portion control. May need you to yell at me next week to suck it up and get moving. I would like to go below goal before my cruise in Sept.

Thanks for your encouragement of my goals! Yeah, I have some strategies already in mind... but I think I'm going to play it probably week by week since each week is so different.

You're welcome. Good luck! Just keep your eyes on the goal and you will be fine. Last time I did phase 1 I was CRAVING fruit...which is prob better than craving chocolate! LOL I'm actually hoping to start SBD again soon but I'll probably have to do either Phase 1.5 or 2. I'm type 2 diabetic and on insulin now so I really can't do phase 1 without getting really scary low blood sugars.
