You're welcome. Good luck! Just keep your eyes on the goal and you will be fine. Last time I did phase 1 I was CRAVING fruit...which is prob better than craving chocolate! LOL I'm actually hoping to start SBD again soon but I'll probably have to do either Phase 1.5 or 2. I'm type 2 diabetic and on insulin now so I really can't do phase 1 without getting really scary low blood sugars.
