I am the mother to 5 kids, work full time as a software trainer, serve on a board for trainers, and have a hubby who Is on the road a lot. There has been a lot of stress in my life over the last few years and it has taken a toll on me emotionally and well as physically due to emotional eating.

My goals are to lose the rest of my "Sam" weight (now6!), firm up, find ways to be more positive , less stressed, and be healthy both mentally and physically.

My Goals:
My goal is to get to 132 lb by losing 1 lb a week.

My Program:
* Track my food faithfully each day and enter journal notes on the feelings I'm experiencing.
* Get in at least 30 minutes of walking every day if not more. If needed, break it up into 10 or 15 minute segments.
* Decrease alcohol consumption to no more than 3 times a week.
* Fill half my plate with fruits and vegetables.
* Drink mostly water and tea.

Personal Information:
I'm born and raised in Nebraska and never left. I'm starting to get tired of the cold winters but can't imagine living some where else. The schools are really good here and all my family is here. I have a blended family with 4 teenagers ages 18 to 14 and a 6 year old.

Other Information:
I love to read and cross-stitch when I have time. I especially love Nora Roberts. I am also a big Nebraska football fan and went to school there.

Hi! Just wanted to stop by and let you know my opinion on the 21 Day Fix. I totally think it's worth it. I lost 5lbs in 3 weeks and 3.5inches. I got so many compliments within the 1st week of how my body just changed and got tighter. It was amazing. I still use my containers months later and I still try to stick to the general idea of the fix. I am still losing although my personal tweaks cause the loss to slow down. No matter the loss, I do feel physically better that I'm eating more of the right foods and less of the bad ones. It's totally cleaned up my eating. I can definitely tell when I start going back to the old habits. Good luck with your decision!
