I used to workout a lot. I did lots of therapy for my knees and was in a good place mentally. Life happens, things happen and then I couldn't work out anymore. It was depressing. Now I have a daughter and a husband who are loving and supportive and I realize the time I take to whine about my health and body I could do something about it.

I love looking at the steps I have taken for the day, the miles I have walked and feeling the soreness from strenght training. It is a natural high that I want all the time. I have a desk job that doesn't promote activity but I want my 10,000 steps a day. I look for ways to keep moving.

I am a working mother and wife who needs to get healthy. I want to look good for me, be healthy for my body, and have energy for my daughter and husband.

I deserve a healthy me.

Current Status:
JAMDRGN76 worked some size 10 jeans like a model on a runway. You Betta Work, work it girl!!! Going for a walk in the rain. Not rain nor sleet nor snow(well maybe snow) will stop my flow. TANGIFIED!!!

-cardio x6 days
-strenght training x4 days
-Core training x2 days
-Fitbit min 10,000 steps a day
-Limiting sugar and processed foods

Personal Information:
I am suppose to be in a wheel chair. I never gave into that diagnosis. I didn't give up then but I am quick to give up when I don't see progress. This time i am doing instead of talking about doing it.

Other Information:
I am tired of making excuses and ready to do it. I am tired of beating myself up when anything throws me off. DEATH TO TRYING! Just move and eat healthy.
