A renewed beginning, still.

I continue on a long, long plateau and I think I believe my skin has caught up to the loss of fat.:) I have lost inches & people are commenting on that but I would like to see that scale take another little drop. I am not looking for the ideal weight but I am looking for a weight that I can be comfortable with. My goal did have a long term date involved but I will re-set as the time comes near. So let's just say I am a work in progress and I am enjoying life to the fullest right now. I have had several set backs with my health & disabilities but I am working on doing a little pushing! Pools & water are my love but I have to wait to go south. Then I am setting a goal of water exercises at least 5 days a week and a little cycling in the exercise room 2-4 days a week. This is my winter time goals!! I CAN do it!!

My current losses:
1. 4/1/10 my 1st long term goal has been made of a 50# loss before my goal date of 10/19/10!!!
2. On 7/29/10 I reached my ultimate goal of 67#. (Actually 68#).
3. I am starting on my 2nd long term of another 50#, adding it too my weight tickertape and am setting 7/29/11 as the date again. (This is subject to change!!)

I am so thrilled to have gotten this far and hope that I can con't. to stay on a healthy path of life.

Thanks for stopping by and for the support. Snow should make an appearance about 3AM ,, and soooooo not welcomed by anyone that I know. DH and I just finishes security rounds a few minutes ago so added more walking to my amount form this afternoon. So the two of you need to renew license next Oct,. ans Dec. so imagine you will need to do that B/4 leaving the state next fall? Mu DH was amazed I passed the eye test without my glasses; however the light was bright enough in the machine so I could read all the letters----ok one letter looked like a different letter but knew that letter is not one they use so figured which one it was.

281 should be a good route to take! Less traffic and less crazy than I-35! We've already decided if we go to the valley again we won't take 35!

So, you got the front down there, too. I really didn't expect it to get this cold. I couldn't bear to be outside for any length of time today due to the cold winds. Enjoyed visiting with our full timing friends.

So good to get our home back, I missed it! Nice to visit the family but nice to be in your own space too.

Hope that your Mom does OK on the road back. That is a long drive for her, how nice that she can still do it! Please be safe,, I know you will. emoticon

No, didn't see the Branson rates.......I will go to the thread and look!

Hi, Eileen! We have been at Annette's house for a week, got the RV back today. It is fixed, finally. One of the guys at the dealership is an expert on the leveling system and he gave me lessons on it! Found out that we have been not using a feature that I thought was optional, turns out it is NOT optional, it is a step that must be followed. We were not using the feature where the system "remembers" where it was when the truck was unhooked, turns out you must use that feature or the system doesn't "know" where the legs are and it messes up. He said if we follow it step by step all should be fine. I asked for his phone number (personal) but he wouldn't give it to me, LOL!

Sounds like you have been really busy down there, lots to do! I guess that is good, huh? It must seem very quiet down there with so many headed back north. We were COLD and Windy today, have a freeze warning for tonight! We are supposed to be close to freezing in the morning. Annette will have to cover her garden which has just started coming up well. Matt got the deck all built, now just have to put a roof on it. The deck is 8 feet wide and 46 feet long. So, he has his work cut out for him!

The house is coming along well, ready for the plumbing and the wiring, now. Next thing to buy I guess, is the water heater.

Have a safe trip home on the 2nd. We are at Tres Rios again for a couple of weeks, we have some friends who want to come in and stay with us a couple of days. The friends we had that we stayed a week in Kerrville with last year are here again at Tres Rios too, for a week, and we wanted to see them before they left on Wednesday. We have to make a trip to Annette's tomorrow and pick up the rest of our belongings and food and bring it back to the RV.......Lots to do! Hoping it warms up some during the day tomorrow! Take care, and good talking to you! emoticon
