My name is Jamie & I'm an overeater who gets out of control at times. I'm working on changing that though.

In September of 2012 I had lost about 20 lbs and one night on our way home my husband and I got into a terrible car accident. A man had hydroplaned and hit us head-on with the back of his car. I broke 4 ribs and couldn't walk for about a week. Cody broke his sternum, 4 ribs, his hip, right knee and right ankle & bruised his heart. He was in the hospital for 13 days and in a nursing home for 15 days. He ended up being in a wheel chair until January 8th and than on cruthces for a month. Through the stress of all that I gained back all my weigh plus some. We have medical bills at +$100,000 which is hard to not stress over, (the driver of the other car had a suspended license, no insurance and the car wasn't in his name). & We used to hike almost everyday, just a couple hours before the accident we had went hiking. We didn't go back for a hike again until early March. We can't hike often anymore because Cody now has arthritis from it all & still has pain from it. This weight loss is going to be a little more difficult but I can do it. I've gotten through a lot & I can do this.

My name is Jamie Boyd & I'm 23. I recently got married to my fiancee of 2 and half years.

I work at a really popular entertainment store & I'm a FCTL. I'm a very hard worker.

I'm somewhat ocd and a perfectionist, so when I mess up or fail it upsets me.

I'm also an overeater & I struggle every day avoiding trigger foods.

I'm far from perfect, but I do want to better myself physically & emotionally.

Is it totally lame I almost cried in yoga today? I was...a bit emotional due to some "biological circumstances" and the teacher was saying such awesome inspiring things. It was great! How are you doing? Thanks for the blog comment.
