I am doing a low carb, low fat diet. I am trying to exercise as well (I HATE exercise!). I am getting my low carb foods from dietdirect.com.
I'm from a small town and we have no gym. My options are really a DVD at home or walking around town. I am learning to apply my new lifestyle to my mommy lifestyle. It is very hard to maintain any diet as a mom! But we have to remember who's watching!
