Well here I am starting all over again on my journey! Surpassed my heaviest with the gain of a whopping 8lbs in two weeks because of stress and stress eating not to even mention the wedding is in a month!!! But I am bound and determined to lose weight I refuse to get married at the heaviest I have ever been. I do not have a goal weight I just want to feel better. Need to get back to going to the gym, working out at home and eating better. I am 24 years young and I am changing me for the better ...

So how goes your routine? Just got weighed in and have lost weight! Remember take each day day by day as it comes to you. Do your best, make adjustments for detours/setbacks and always keep moving forward

Ok just got back. I decided to take advantage of the breeze and go for a walk. 2 miles. Feel pretty good except for the knee. Will be icing that up. Have a great day and remember you can achieve your goals, it is within you to succeed! You can do it

You can do it! Take it easy today and don't stress about doing fitness, just do it. Have some simple but sensible meals and snacks. Go for a short walk. Start small and work your way up. You are improving your health. You are going to do fine!
