June 2013. Almost to my goal weight - 150-ish lbs.

January 2014. Just around when I was hitting my goal of 140 lbs.

Before picture. Right around my highest weight - 250-260 lbs, I believe.

I have 5 pics in my gallery

My Goals:
Maintenance within 5lbs +/- of 140lbs.

Fitness Goals
-Sub-25 minute 5k
-Complete half marathon (hopefully sub 2:45)
-ST two times per week
-Try new things

My Program:
Run 3 times per week, ST two times per week and HIIT and walks thrown in to round it out.

I cook and plan all of my meals during the weekends, so not wanting to cook/laziness is never a factor in making a bad choice. Also, I make foods that I like to eat (I'm a bit of a foodie) which makes it easier to chose what I have at home over a greasy drive-thru disaster.

Personal Information:
I'm a native Floridian and reside in central Florida though I did a three winter stint in Chicago. Miami grad - go 'Canes, - knitter, football and hockey fan, cook/baker.

OK then: if salt bloat can last up to 7 days, I've gotta be grateful!!

Thanks for stopping by my blog!
Arizona did indeed have some beautiful sights. It's nice when you can use Mother Earth's natural gym emoticon

Will be glad to give you a report on the OUC half marathon. People in my running group have told me that there are more turns than you'd want when going for a PR, but it is pretty flat. I'm running with my niece. She tore up her foot running the Halloween Half Marathon in a costume with bad shoes. She's been in a therapy boot for a month and will only get a little training prior to OUC. She was considerably faster than I (28 years old) prior to injury. Not sure how it will go. We'll see.

You are right, even if it was only 15 pounds in 5 weeks that's very good! XD

Thanks for the advice! I've been on here almost a year and I'm still figuring things out! emoticon
