My Goals:
Maintenance within 5lbs +/- of 140lbs.

Fitness Goals
-Sub-25 minute 5k
-Complete half marathon (hopefully sub 2:45)
-ST two times per week
-Try new things

My Program:
Run 3 times per week, ST two times per week and HIIT and walks thrown in to round it out.

I cook and plan all of my meals during the weekends, so not wanting to cook/laziness is never a factor in making a bad choice. Also, I make foods that I like to eat (I'm a bit of a foodie) which makes it easier to chose what I have at home over a greasy drive-thru disaster.

Personal Information:
I'm a native Floridian and reside in central Florida though I did a three winter stint in Chicago. Miami grad - go 'Canes, - knitter, football and hockey fan, cook/baker.

Hey, welcome back from Portland--hope you had a good time! My 10 minute miles are something to strive for--I think it'll be easier to reach once some more weight is shed. emoticon

Of course you are right, Jamir, and thank you for your encouragement. I'm going to ponder your words. There is something there for me.

The falafel pie was so good. =)

Yeah I used regular aluminum foil, but I'm going to get some nonstick foil AND use cooking spray. I also might add a bit of oil to the falafel mix to make it crispier.

Hope you give it a try!
