I want to lose about 80 lbs. which will give me better health and allow me to do more things that I've had to put on the back burner. I'm tired of carrying this load!!!! Time to lighten the load!!!
Hi Jane, I see that you are the WW leader on Sparks. I am 3 lbs from my healthy weight range at WW. I would like to quit WW and maintain on Sparks. But I am not sure how to track on Sparks my WW pts. Do you have any suggestions?
