Trying to get back into shape and maintain a well balanced fitness level and to teach my son the importance of a healthy lifestyle. We love to bike, hike and kayak together. My son loves soccer and I enjoy plying basketball, weight training and Yoga.
After being here now for just over a year I have come to realize the importance of having a plan in place to follow, which includes fitness and nutrition.

My Goals:
-Get lean and tone my body and add muscle.
-Lose my love handles.
-Add more cardio
- Use yoga to become more flexible, balanced and focused mentally
-Exercise 1000 minutes a month.

My Program:
3 times a week
-150 crunches 3 sets -50
-150 bicycle crunches
3 sets - 50
-30 min Yoga
- Cardio

twice a week
-Upper Body
-Lower Body

Twice a week
-Mountain Bike 4 miles
-Basketball 60-90 minutes
or
-Treadmill

Eat 1 gram of protein per my body weight a day.

Cut Fats to 40-50 grams a day.

Thanks for visiting my blog. Just love the scout trips. Sounds like you have some wonderful ones too. It's going to be bittersweet when they get their eagles. Super accomplishment, but I sure would like to keep on doing the trips. We could continue volunteering though. Maybe look into the Mountaineers a little more too. Have a great weekend!
