My Goals:
Somehow every time I go on a diet I end up gaining weight and feeling deprived. I want to be like those friends of mine who seem to genuinely only want two bites of cake, who are a stable size 4 and seem so much less emotionally crazy than I do.

My Program:
Join the 10lbs a month club - I have 100 days to lose 30 lbs.
I plan to eat lots of fruits and vegetables with a little protein and eat full meals every day.

I'll walk/run/bike every day and enter the occasional 5k - first one is in 2 months.

I've been here before and know I can do it - but this time I will need to get more serious about maintenance.


Personal Information:
I live in Scottsdale, Arizona and have two children aged 12 and 9. Time to stop blaming them for my extra weight :)
I'm a work-at-home mom with a supportive but skinny husband who can't understand why it's so hard to just eat less and exercise more.
