#1 Cut back on how much Lipitor I have to take. #1 done! I'm taking half the amount I used to take. Yea!
#2 Build body strength and balance. I'm currently out of those two commodities.
Right now, I'm just keeping it simple. I do what I can for my fitness and nutrition by staying connected to these 2 places on SparkPeople. We'll see how it develops from there. I've had some setbacks on exercising because I had to give up bikes and stairs. But I'm sure there are a lot of things left. I just have to find what will work for me.

My favorite movie has always been Jumpin' Jack Flash. I think I like it because she is so irreverent but inherently kind. My second favorite is Searching for Bobby Fischer. Wonderful film.
