Hey. Not sure how I lost half my message the first time. But. Funny you should ask about Halloween decorating, since we've been talking about it all day today. So far, our house and it's amazing (for decorating) yard is the only thing I miss. Loving everything else about the move. Lots of the neighbors here are already decorating, for halloween. Seems like you can find a skeleton in a bikini or on a surfboard everywhere you look. But our place doesn't really have a yard. Just a patio, so I'm not sure if we can do it, and make it look GOOD. I really really really want to decorate. If I do, I'll post some pictures.
Even though Primal is in the title, I think Elizabeth uses it more as intrinsic, inherent, fundament. So in essence how to tap the potential we were each born with, so not so much food related. Although, in the end, I think most experts agree that the more veggies and whole foods we eat and the more chemicals and processed foods we stay away from the healthier we'll all be. I was scared to write down, commit, and blog about my accountability to the things I was struggling with, too. But I realized that if I didn't write them down and be accountable, I wasn't really committed to doing or changing them. I started doing this back in April, when Sheila challenged me to blog daily. I have been amazed at how successful it has been. I decided it was time to add the punctuality. I don't think I was ready to work on that until now. I'm anxious about that one because I'm such a procrastinator. But even being a few minutes early for commitments yesterday felt so liberating! I want more of that rather than feeling so stressed.
Try the accountability blogging. Or create a new discussion board in our team site for it. You just might be amazed at what you can accomplish!
