That "losing fast is better" thing isn't me, it's the research reported -- and Susan Peirce Thompson agrees with that. Get it off, then deal with the exercise and the mental health stuff to keep it off.
Me? My personal opinion? it depends on the individual, "experiment of one".
But most people here seem to want to say: slow is better . . . . and then, significant numbers of people here don't lose weight. Hmmmmmm. 16 days ago
