Really glad you like the omelette maker! I love the huge whack of protein with 1 cup of egg white for the calorie "spend": had one myself for breakfast this morning.
And: subversive thought: can your DH learn to make his OWN omelette? I can assure you, if I had to serve up an omelette with mozzarella and pepperoni and olives and a toasted buttered bagel on the side I'd be a drooling quivering mess.
I am 66 years old. I have done daily entries on Spark before. For some reason this stint has been particularly helpful to me. It was my intention to at least go through June. Basically, I am trying to take a better look at what I do and try to see patterns & possible cause/effect. I also like getting the feedback from other Sparkers. Always good to have things seen from a different perspective. I like to read blogs and especially those that are done frequently. That way you can see the in-between days, not just the highs and the lows.
I am finding that the daily entries is motivating. My behavior changes for the better when I think....Oh my gosh, I don't want to have to report THAT to all my Sparkfriends !! It also makes me a bit more thoughtful and mindful of my own needs, since that is basically the focus of the second half of the blog. Plus, I think it makes me more solution oriented for my "issues."
