I am hoping to get re-motivated. I have been on Sparks for over a year and lost 40 pounds. Unfortunately I have recently gained some of that weight back. I have been making alot of bad food choices. And need to change things up a bit. I am ready to re-committ myself to lose these last 10 pounds to finally get to goal.

I am going to spend more time with my kids.
My Program:
I have a desk job in a high rise building. When I come to work I take the bus. I always get off the bus at the first stop in town and walk to work. I also walk around town on my lunch breaks. I used to be a big mountain dew drinker - I have cut out the dew and replaced with water.
Personal Information:
I am from Pittsburgh, PA and work in downtown. If I am unable to walk at lunch outside due to weather, I always go inside a department store and walk through the store.
