In three years , I have lost 50 lbs, first losing thirty, then gaining back twenty and then losing it again . Unfortunately, now have gained back seven. The emotional eating is the problem. THere is such a disconnect between brain and stomach! I had made significant changes in my diet, including removing most processed foods and eating more protein and fat, but am back to nibbling on cereal, crackers, breads and sometimes even cookies. THere is such a disconnect between brain and stomach! I had made significant changes in my diet, including removing most processed foods and eating more protein and fat, but am back to nibbling on cereal, crackers, breads and sometimes even cookies. The last two days I have not eaten that well, but I am back to weighing daily and charting and trying to plan, and that should help.

My Goals:
Eat healthy with no sugar or chemicals. Try harder to avoid emotional eating. Continue to plan menus allowing for treats and occasional wine. Keep exercising. Be a great role model for my patients and family.
My Program:
EAting more protein and healthy fat, exercising religiously. Planning and logging everything. Getting right back on board despite discouraging weigh ins or days of binging. .
