One Foot in Front of the Other

I'm looking for ways to constantly keep myself motivated, looking for the courage to take my first step, to aim high, to believe in myself, and to have the outcome of my efforts mean a healthier, happier, more confident version of myself.

Fitness Minutes: 260

My Goals:
Ultimately, to lose 100 lbs. I'm almost at my half-way point and am very excited! I make lots of mini goals along the way, like lifting 10 more pounds, doing a few more squats, using the elliptical another 5 minutes. Every meal is a reminder to make the right choice for myself!

My Program:
I remind myself that this is a lifestyle change so I'm focusing on making new, healthy habits, making the right food choices daily and keeping accountable to myself and my personal trainer. I go to the gym 4x a week and watch my carbohydrate and calorie intake.

Personal Information:
I'm a pescatarian (former vegetarian but now eat fish for health reasons). I'm currently using a personal trainer to teach me how to workout my body and push myself and keep me accountable. The second half of this journey will be all me!

Other Information:
I love reading. I have a book review blog (thoughtfulbookreviews). I'm a recovering couch-aholic who loves finding motivation on SparkPeople and Pinterest! http://www.pinterest.com/janinestreiter/

I am SO sorry!!! I went to add you as a friend, and accidentally removed you instead :(

But I didn't mean to do it, I swear (says everyone who has ever been caught red-handed with their hand in the cookie-jar...lol)

I shared your Weightloss Jars with my Team. It is an emoticon idea!
