Better Health. On the way to that, lose weight while becoming and remaining physically fit and mentally strong!
Exercise: running, cardio, strength
Diet: control the calories, and watch the sodium, carbs, fat, and overall content of my diet.
I am a native Texan now living and working in Alabama.
I teach future and current music teachers and love my work and where I live.
I enjoy music and the arts, and I enjoy watching sports.
I love listening to music, seeing movies, and lots of other activities.
Had a wonderful walk, and yep, it certainly did calm me down, thank you.
