Hi Julie,

I wanted to tell you that I started a little challenge (new post) in the Spark Wichita Team in honor of our Shockers. It may not get any attention since it is a last minute challenge but I thought maybe you'd like to have a look, perhaps email the team to let them know about it. I probably should have consulted you first but I didn't think about that until after I'd already gone through with the new thread. There isn't a lot of action on that team so I thought this may get some folks motivated.

Tina~

I do the same - cereal, pbj sandwiches, fruit, granola, nuts and whole grain crackers.

I found a lovely but pricey flatbread at Vitamin Cottage by Dr. Cracker. The pumpkin cheddar ones are delish and add a bit of protein and variety to the daily grind.

I use dry, puffed Kamut (from Vitamin Cottage) as a free snack. It's not all that tasty, but it is something to munch on with virtually nothing bad for you in it.
