I have lost 92 pounds since January of 2015

I have a fifteen year old daughter who has an eating disorder, BDD, and very low self esteem. I realized that I cannot be her support system without being the best that I can be.

I am an eternal optimist. I live for the moment, and tend not to dwell on the past. I learn from my mistakes and then let them go.

Your new job is someones old job.
Your new excuse is someones old excuse.
Your new health plan is someones old heath plan.
You may not be chartering new waters in finding the new you, but you can be positive and have fun along the way.

Evening Marcy! If you give up now, how will you ever know you could have succeeded? No matter the cost or sacrifice, keep pushing yourself beyond your own boundaries. Make this minute the minute of decision and break free of your self-made limitations!!

Hello Marcy. I thought I’d share a personal observation that seemed to have been a popular one. I hope you don’t mind if I share it again:

Every fat cell acquired through life is accompanied with either a good or bad memory. No wonder losing weight is such an emotional journey!

DON'T GIVE UP!!

Howdy Marcy! If we can’t do 1 sit-up, why set a goal to do 100 sit ups by the end of the week? Although we may have the desire to set miraculous goals, temper them with reality and tone the goals down into achievable goals…then we will reap a feeling of success instead of failure and frustration. Another new day is here! You're doing great! Keep up the hard work and sacrifices!

It's super Saturday, Marcy! If you've ever been late for work. Late for a date. Felt too old to change. Missed the boat/train. Fell off the wagon. Took a sabbatical. Derailed while on vacation. Bad stuff happened in life. It’s okay to be late. All LATE stands for is:

L-augh
A-t
T-he
E-xperience

Then get back on track. There’s years worth of empty days ahead to fill with good positive choices!
