I am 19 years old an I have had weight problems all my life and have been up and down and I am wanting to lose weight and be healthy and like my body, right now I do not like the way I look. Hey, Ya'll!
I am 19 years old an I have had weight problems all my life and have been up and down and I am wanting to lose weight and be healthy and like my body, right now I do not like the way I look. People tell me I am not that big and my hubby says I am just fine the way I am. The thing is I am not happy with the way I am. I just had a baby back in mid April so my 1st goal is to lose the rest of the baby weight, which is 10 pounds. Suprisingly when I got on a scale I weighed less than I thought I would, since I gained 32-37 pounds while being pregnant. My 2nd goal is to get down to what I usto be and I felt way better about myself and maybe a few more after that. My 3rd goal is to get down to a healthy weight and have a good BMI. I would like someone to talk to, to have a weight buddy. I have a problem where I sometimes just feel like eating when I am stressed and then sometimes I don't want to eat at all. I have to say I hate food. I mean yes I like it but I honestly wish I didn't have to eat but God didn't make us that way.

My Goals:
1st Lose baby weight, 10 to get back to 160.

2nd Lose what I gained back, 15lb to get back down to 145.

3rd Keep at 145 for a month or if I lose, lose but don’t gain.

4th Chews to lose the last 10 pounds or not, to get to 135. .

My Program:
Cut back on how much I eat and what I eat, walk for now start working out when I get cleared from the Doc.
