Moving Forward

I have decided to take my sad story off of here. I want to move forward. That awful stuff happened and it is over and I am not going to look back. All I see when I do that is a lot of bad memories. So, moving forward!

I am doing better than ever! Not my weight, but the rest of me is! I quit drinking soda about .. 3 years ago I think? Then sugar sort of naturally got cut out of my diet in the process. Then I cut out white flour about 2 years ago. And a year ago, I cut out processed ...

Then I cut out white flour about 2 years ago. And a year ago, I cut out processed foods. Cutting that junk out has made me feel so much better! My hair is even more shiny! This year? Bye bye booze!

I just took up running in October (2012) and I am loving it! There are so many 5K's out there that I am looking forward. I have a few on the bucket list...like the Princess Run at Disney World! And MAYBE..just maybe...the Spartan run (this terrifies me right now though!). Right now, I am training for the Run For Your Lives zombie 5K and I am pumped!

My Program:
No diet for me. I started eating whole, nonprocessed foods about a year ago. I do watch my tracker and make sure I don't go over in any category but I don't usually eat enough calories because whole foods are so filling. Beer on the other hand...

Right now, I am doing Jillian Michaels Revolution. I also LOVE Pilates

Surprisingly eating too few calories hinders weight loss and could some gain be muscle if you're doing that mega ST stuff?

I was doing a search online because I don't have a kindle - is there a place where you can access just the exercises and recommended workout/reps, etc.?

Not sure where you live, but I found the coconut tea bags at our local Kroger (grocery) so they will probably be available in the tea section of your grocery. I am not sure what brand they were, but it was a big one. I will check tonight if I remember and let you know. It is YUMMY!
