starting over again

I had such high hopes, I had gotten to wonderland! Then we went on vacation, we walked each day, swam a d even stayed on my eating prpgram....then we came home. I had evjoyed walking on the beach each morning and then another mile or so each evening the breeze made the walk so enjoyable. I thought I have these exercises down nothing will stop me now. Then we came home to 100 degree days and stagnant air. I couldnt find a cooll place to exercise, joining. A gym in a small town is imposible ...

I had evjoyed walking on the beach each morning and then another mile or so each evening the breeze made the walk so enjoyable. I thought I have these exercises down nothing will stop me now. Then we came home to 100 degree days and stagnant air. I couldnt find a cooll place to exercise, joining. A gym in a small town is imposible threnosnt one for miles and a pool in our backyard is an impossoble dream. In other words I fell of the bandwagon. I fell hard. I quit my protien drinks, iI ate sweets sweets and more sweets. Fast food once again became my best friends.
Well lkng story short my weight loss of 50 lbs dropped down to 22 lbs. But no more, I restockednmy kitchen with good for me foods, and made myself a promise to do all thatnis within. Me to recoop andbypass my goals. I. PLAN. On being 160 by this time next year that means a loss of 77 lbs. I can do it! I have in the past and his time no falling off no matter what!

I've added you back. Good luck with your goals!! What goes into your mouth has nothing to do with the weather. I often have problems with lightning storms interferring with my preferred outdoor workouts. I walk before sun up and after sundown. I am lucky to have a community pool and work out there after breakfast and supper. But that lightning usually throws in a monkey wrench daily, now into the fall. So I have DVDs that I pop in when weather interferes. Zumba, Jane Fonda, Sassone and walking--That one gets you through a mile in 15 minutes!! In your living room! Crank down the air conditioning, aim a small high powered fan right at you, and MOVE!!

You can do this for your health!!
