I often have problems with lightning storms interferring with my preferred outdoor workouts. I walk before sun up and after sundown. I am lucky to have a community pool and work out there after breakfast and supper. But that lightning usually throws in a monkey wrench daily, now into the fall. So I have DVDs that I pop in when weather interferes. Zumba, Jane Fonda, Sassone and walking--That one gets you through a mile in 15 minutes!! In your living room! Crank down the air conditioning, aim a small high powered fan right at you, and MOVE!!
