I'm tired of being chubby, and tired of not following through on anything. I've finally decided to live my childhood dream, to become a professional actress, and to be successful at it i need a complete appearance overhaul. Goals have changed a few times due to unrealistic ideals and stressful life events, but now i think i've got it figured out: get to 135 by November 20th. That's about a pound per week. Piece of cake!
No more fast food, no more soda (unless it's diet), trying to stay under 1400 calories per day (though i allow myself more on days that i exercise). I've limited my sugar and alcohol intake a lot, and i'm currently doing cardio for 20 minutes a day 5 days a week, with strength training for about 20 minutes two days a week. I'm hoping to work my way up to 60-90 minutes of cardio 6 days a week and 30 minutes strength training 3 days a week.
