Hi Jasmin, sorry you're having a tough time, it's hard isn't it? I was doing really well for around 4 weeks - losing 2lbs a week - then i had a weekend of partying and didn't lose the 2lbs i was used to and that was enough to through me off - i gave up and ate crap and didn't go to the gym and now i've gained the 8lbs back!! Feeling a little disillusioned but i HAVE to get back on it. I'm trying to think of really small changes that i can make easily, like cutting out soda and takeaways.
I hope you can get back on track hun, don't let it overwhelm you, let me know if you start the SPAR - it's pretty good (and i've only skimmed a few pages myself!).

p.s did you read 'The Spark' yet? I got a second hand one pretty cheap on Amazon and even though i've only read 1/3 of it, it's been great so far - try it for a little inspiration! 1157 days ago
