My SANDALS & SUNGLASSES Life

I'm a busy stay at home Wife and Mom with two beautiful girls (8 & 4). I have Fibromyalgia which has taught me two things. First, I've got to live healthy to survive and second, I've got to cherish every second I am alive!
My friends all know me to be a SANDALS & SUNGLASSES kind of girl because even on cloudy, stormy days I have learned to see only sunshine and rainbows. It's not about finding the perfect circumstances it's about making the most of whatever I am given. I joined ...

I have 50+ lbs to lose and since some days I can barely move I need all the motivation, support, and advice I can get but I only want it from people who can smile with me and enjoy even those stormy days!

My Goals:
Drink 8 glasses of water daily
Eat 4-5 fruits & veggies daily
Walk 15 daily
Be active at least 30 minutes per day
Write 30 minutes per day
Study Scriptures 30 mins per day
Pray 1 hour per day

My Program:
I start my day with morning quiet time to pray, study, write.
Then I do a 10-20 minute workout at home.
In the afternoon I walk with my girls.
At night I do all my planning for the next day including filling my water bottles and preparing snacks.
Then I close my day with quiet time to reflect, read, and pray!
