Learning Me

I am learning me. I am trying to learn how I fall into traps or cycles. How my personality is HEAVILY addictive, and the addiction changes. I am squishing into all of my clothes, and have had to reach out for larger items, because when I lost the weight last time, I thought it was going to be forever. Little did I know what was going to happen. ut I am healing, and mentally am ready to lose this weight for the final time. But I am going to do it smart. No drastic pills or gimmicks for me. I ...

I am squishing into all of my clothes, and have had to reach out for larger items, because when I lost the weight last time, I thought it was going to be forever. Little did I know what was going to happen. ut I am healing, and mentally am ready to lose this weight for the final time. But I am going to do it smart. No drastic pills or gimmicks for me. I gotta figure out how to do it right, or it won't last. So in the mean time I have gotten the larger clothes, because a half pound to two pounds of weight loss a week will not be enough to make a drastic change in my clothing. I know it will be a work in progress.

3/4/14 I was "Literally in Tears"
Hey guys. I'm literally in tears today. Slowly realizing that I have a very addicitive personality, and I don't want to ask people for help. I feel like a failure, and don't want to tell others. But that is where I have to start over. So maybe today, I can change what I have started. See my 3/4/14 blog.
