Jayne Blossom is starting over!

~ ~ Happy New Year. 2014 ~ ~

Today I weighed 200 exactly and I am starting over. I have gone over my goals over from last year and with the help of a friend I realize that I put myself in a situation for failure because it was just too much for me to do. I have thought about what she said and have decided to start this year with one goal at a time. I can keep up with that and then when that goal is established as a habit I can move on to another.

1. Eat a healthy breakfast before I go to work each day.

When I am doing that daily I will add another.

How embarassed I am. I last weighed in October 2012 at 187. Today, 3/3/2013, I weigh 199. more than I have ever weighed in my life! No excuses. I am the one who opens my mouth to put the food in.

I joined Spark People because I want to lose weight. I know that I need the accountability. I have met many wonderful people and I want to get to know more.

In the past I have made excuses for not being motivated to exercise and not lose the weight I had hoped. I want to get my body back, because I don't like what I see in the mirror looking back at me.

I am a Christian wife and mother. My husband and I have 5 children and 7 grandchildren.

Other Information:
I love to read, work on all kinds of puzzles, play on my computer, teach kindergarten, and spend time with my husband and grandchildren!
