I am involved in an on going process of changing my life for the better. I now know I will never ever return to old eating habits. I know that when I reach my goal, I will continue to exercise and eat healthy. I know that I can do this. I know that I'm done with losing the same 10lbs syndrome forever.
I know that I can turn to any Spark member for support when I need it. I know where to find a challenge if I am in a slump and need a boost.
I know I can do this, I finally know how! ...

Happy Sunday! Today I am at 311 burned, soon off to store (walmart) and hopefully with that walking I can burn my other 200 calories. My nutrition and water is good so far. My skinny jeans I bought 2 weeks ago were like snug snug and now I can put them on and take off without unbuttoning. I have not been on scale. I weigh Thursday. Hope all is going well for you. Hugs! Feels great to be moving again.

I see that you bought the Spark book. I've debated buying it. Are you finding it helpful?

Am doing alright with the challenge...going slow but you know what? That's okay...a little off is a little off.

Have a great month but hope to chat with you before the end...lol.

Thanks for you kind comments and for the goodie.
Mmmmm... Roasted Red Pepper Hummus sounds like a great idea!
I make Hummus and I roast red peppers. What a great combo.
I was going to ask if you had a recipe, but I have found this one
