Thanks! Sometimes, I think rest is the hardest thing to do. But, actually today trying some cardio would be harder! I just don't feel like it. So, I'll let it go.

Thanks for the blog comment. Best of luck on the double knee replacement! My mom had both of her hips replaced, 6 months apart, and is so much better off for it. But I know that knees are more difficult to rehab from, so I'll say a prayer for you :)

I've had 6 or 7 MRI's myself and I always enjoyed sliding into the tube and taking a nap. I had my left shoulder MRI'd several years ago, but it was a different variety. They first injected 2 ounces of dye into the joint then I spent 1.5 hours in the MRI while they took pictures. I sure hope yours is more of a "run of the mill" variety MRI!
