Changing a Lifestyle
Ever since my senior year in high school, I have attempted (and eventually failed) diets on and off again for the past 12 years. The longest stretch I ever kept in my healthy weight range was 3 years during college. Soon after, I gained much of it back, and have fought with it since. Ever since my senior year in high school, I have attempted (and eventually failed) diets on and off again for the past 12 years. The longest stretch I ever kept in my healthy weight range was 3 years during college. Soon after, I gained much of it back, and have fought with it since. I believe though, that now I am in the proper frame of mind to make a lifestyle change to reign in the weight, and consistently and effectively incorporate exercise into my life. I know it will not be easy, and there will be setbacks and failures along the way. But nothing worth doing ever is, and this is certainly worth the effort and dedication.

My Goals:
I have three goals for this month: 1. Exercise at least 3 times a week during the Month of November and track it using Spark. 2. Track my food intake every day using Spark. 3. Aim for 8 pound loss during this month.
My Program:
For exercise - I am scheduling my workouts at 5:00 a.m. on my calendar, and will enter the results as soon as possible afterwards. For Food Intake- I am entering the day ahead the next day's meals already into the food tracker, that way I know what I need to buy/bring with to work to eat. For Weight Loss- The above two changes should help me accomplish this.
Personal Information:
I am from Minneapolis, MN, and reside in the Uptown area. I currently work three jobs (financial analyst, accountant, and floor associate). If you would like to know more about, feel free to ask
